All products / services for sale through ProfShop.co.uk must be legal, valid, and sold according to the laws of the originating country and Great Britain.
Appropriate Data Protection act registration requirements must be adhered to, with an explanation of how customer information is dealt with, to be displayed on the site.
ProfShop.co.uk will not divulge any information about a retailing customer, or their customers, to any third party other than compliance with any legal and lawful investigation.
The agreement can be terminated by ProfShop.co.uk with a period of notice amounting to the remainder of any prepaid contract.
The agreement can be terminated by a ProfShop.co.uk customer at any time, but with no refunds given for contracts terminated with time remaining from a prepaid contract.
The products sold through ProfShop.co.uk must be of an appropriate content. Advertised products and images must be able to be viewed by all age groups without offence.

The lower part of every leased shop web page will be owned by ProfShop.co.uk unless by prior agreement. This space will be used, possibly for advertising, but nothing will conflict with a customers shop. A customers shop could be advertised on other Profshop.co.uk customers leased website shops.
ProfShop.co.uk does not endorse any of the products sold by its customers; however we make every effort to ensure legitimacy.
ProfShop.co.uk customers are required to display clear explanations of their shipping & returns policy, for the benefit of ProfShop merchants, and their customers.
The software application provider and author for "osCommerce", is used under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE and all original authorship and credit for osCommerce remains the intellectual rights of www.oscommerce.com.
A “ProfShop” is a modified version of the osCommerce software package. Modifications are copyright ProfShop.co.uk 2006. The software is only available through leasing unless by prior agreement.
